Due to scheduling and routing reasons for long distance moving, deposits/fees are not refundable, unless liftmyboxes.com is notified, in writing 5 Business Days Prior to your requested first available pick up date at [email protected] stating the intent to cancel the estimate.
A 10% cancellation fee of the deposit will be charged on all credit card refunds.
If the first scheduled pickup date is within 5 business days of the date the reservation was made, then deposits are non-refundable.
Moves cancelled inside of 5 Business Days of the first available pick up date, are only entitled to receive a credit of the deposit for future interstate moving services to be used by the cardholder within a 12 month period from the date of cancellation.
All refunds will be processed by the next billing cycle
